1. Scope

This Policy applies to the Kucing Pink Android application with the package name com.kucingpink.animeseries. It does not control third-party websites, advertisements, media players, or services that may be displayed or linked from the App. Those parties process information under their own privacy policies.

2. Information we handle

Information stored locally

The App stores the following information in private application storage on your device so its features can work:

We do not operate a user account system and do not ask you to provide your name, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment-card details through the App.

Information processed automatically

The App checks basic network availability to provide online content and offline messages. When the App contacts content, advertising, trailer, image, or media-player services, those providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, device and browser or WebView characteristics, advertising identifier, general location derived from IP, app interactions, ad interactions, cookie data, and media identifiers or playback requests. The exact information depends on the provider, your device settings, consent choices, and applicable law.

Information you send to us

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and any information you include in your message, such as support details, screenshots, or diagnostic information.

3. How information is used

Information is used to:

• provide browsing, search, playback, trailer, and discovery features;
• remember My List, watch progress, server selection, and app preferences;
• send new-episode notifications that you enable;
• show, measure, secure, and improve advertising;
• detect connectivity problems and keep the App reliable;
• respond to support, privacy, and legal requests; and
• protect the App, users, and service providers from fraud or abuse.

4. Third-party services

Kucing Pink uses third-party services to provide advertising, media metadata, images, trailers, and playback. These providers may collect or receive information directly from your device.

We do not control third-party collection, content, cookies, security, or retention practices. Avoid entering personal or payment information into third-party player pages or advertisements. Interacting with an advertisement or external link may take you to a service governed by a separate privacy policy.

5. Device permissions

• Internet and network state: used to load metadata, artwork, trailers, playback, and advertising, and to show offline status.
• Notifications: used to send episode notifications you enable. On supported Android versions, the App asks for permission before sending notifications.
• Receive boot completed: allows scheduled episode checks to continue after the device restarts.
• Vibration: may provide notification or interaction feedback.

You can change notification permission at any time in Android Settings.

6. Retention and deletion

My List, watch history, progress, subscriptions, and preferences remain on your device until you remove them in the App where that option is available, clear the App’s storage in Android Settings, or uninstall the App. Kucing Pink does not receive a copy of this local information.

Support emails are retained only as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain support records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Third-party providers determine their own retention periods under their respective privacy policies.

7. Your choices and privacy rights

• Remove items from My List and clear available viewing data in the App.
• Clear all local App data or uninstall Kucing Pink through Android.
• Disable episode notifications in the App or Android Settings.
• Manage or reset your Android advertising identifier and ad privacy settings through your device settings.
• Use consent or privacy controls shown by advertising providers, where available.
• Avoid using embedded players or opening external advertisements.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or a copy of personal information. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or complain to your local data-protection authority.
